All visitors to the Tshirtbar site www.thsirtbar.gr are entering a binding legal agreement on the following Terms when using this site. This agreement is between the user and tshirtbar (SYNTZAKIS KYRIAKOS) and use of this website indicates continued acceptance of these Terms. We may amend this Terms from time to time and we will let you know about this changes by displaying information about this changes on our home page or by sending you an email to the email address you have registered with tshirtbar. All our products are custom made, and are created especially for you by placing your order. Returns are accepted only in case of defective product within 10 working days from the date of receipt of your order within Greece and 15 working days for orders outside Greece. In this case the shipping cost is paid by our company.
Cancellations are accepted before the order is sent to production. Please let us know as soon as possible about any modification of your order as we have very fast processing times and there is a slight possibility that your order has already been shipped to production.
In case you wish to return a product due to a defect, the procedure is as follow: as soon as we receive your return, after the necessary check will be made on the returned product and if it meets all the return conditions criteria then our company will return the original value of the product to the original account with which you completed your purchase. If you paid via credit card then the value will be refunded to your credit card, if you paid via Paypal the value will be refunded to your Paypal account. However, if you have paid by bank deposit or cash on delivery, then you must mention your bank account IBAN behind the receipt that you returned to us with the product, which will be the same name with which you placed your order. This usually takes 2-5 business days.
All shipments within Greece are made with ELTA courier. The cost of shipping an order is 5 euros. For orders over 80 euros, shipping costs are free.
For shipments outside Greece and for orders weighing up to 2kg, the cost is 15 euros for the countries of the first Eu1 zone, 20 euros for the Eu2 countries and 25 euros for the Eu3 countries. For each additional kilo of order, the cost increases to 10 euros per kilo.

For cash on delivery there is an extra cost of 3 euros.
All prices are in euros and include all legal VAT taxes 24%. For customers who pay via credit card of another currency, the change in the currency of their country is automatically made by their credit card. The foreign exchange balance is automatically determined by the bank that issued the credit card and is beyond our responsibility. The online store www.tshirtbar.gr reserves the right to change the prices of products as they are formed daily based on the price lists of suppliers and exchange rates, whenever it seems it is necessary and without prior notice, with only their announcement via its website place.

All products are examined in detail by us before being shipped to make sure they are in good condition. However, damages can be achieved by our most experienced workshop. In that case, we take full responsibility as a company and you either do not receive the product, or you declare it in writing in the form that you will sign or you indicate it to the delivery staff, so that we can receive the product after a couple of days and replace it with Estimated delivery date, which will depend on the origin of the product or we will refund your money in the same way that the payment was made.
