The following terms and conditions shall apply to the use of the online store operating under the trade name kirikoko, located at www.kirikoko.gr.<\/p>\n

3. RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY<\/strong><\/p>\n

All our products are custom-made and are created specifically for you upon placement of your order.<\/p>\n

For this reason, we recommend that you check the size chart before placing your order. Alternatively, you may contact our physical store at 2410623800 so that we can help you select the correct size.<\/p>\n

ORDER CANCELLATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Customer has the right to cancel their order or cancel the sales transaction before receiving the purchased products.<\/p>\n

In this case, the Customer shall send a cancellation statement to www.kirikoko.gr at info@kirikoko.gr or contact us by telephone at 2410623800.<\/p>\n

Our store shall accept the cancellation and refund the purchase price to the Customer by crediting the card or bank account used for the purchase, provided that the purchased product(s) have not yet been handed over to the courier company for delivery to the Customer.<\/p>\n

If the product(s) have already been handed over to the courier company, the cancellation shall be treated as a product return under the terms set out below.<\/p>\n

PRODUCT REPLACEMENT DUE TO DEFECT OR DAMAGE<\/strong><\/p>\n

If it is determined that the delivered product has a defect attributable to us, the purchaser shall be entitled to immediately return the defective product together with all documents accompanying it and its complete packaging.<\/p>\n

The purchaser must send an email requesting replacement of the product with an identical product or another product of their choice, while simultaneously sending a photograph proving the defect or damage to the above email address, within 48 hours of receipt, in order for a new product to be sent as a replacement for the defective product.<\/p>\n

The products shall be returned via courier, and our store shall bear both the shipping costs for sending the defective products to the Company and the shipping costs for sending the replacement products to the purchaser.<\/p>\n

After the products have been returned, the Company shall inspect the defect and contact the purchaser to inform them of the results of the inspection.<\/p>\n

If the defect is confirmed, the product shall be replaced immediately.<\/p>\n

In the event that the transaction is cancelled, the purchase price shall be refunded interest-free using the same method by which the purchaser originally made payment to the Company, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n

RETURN OF NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS \u2014 PURCHASER\u2019S RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL WITHOUT GIVING A REASON<\/strong><\/p>\n

The purchaser has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within a period of 14 calendar days from delivery of the products.<\/p>\n

This withdrawal is unconditional and without charge. If the item has already been delivered, the purchaser must return the product in exactly the same condition in which it was received, accompanied by the relevant sales document issued by our online store, any other accompanying documents, and its packaging in excellent condition.<\/p>\n

The return of the item shall be accepted only if the purchaser has paid the shipping costs for returning the item.<\/p>\n

The withdrawal statement shall be sent in writing or electronically to info@kirikoko.gr.<\/p>\n

Following the withdrawal statement, the Company is obliged to refund the amount it received no later than 15 days from the date on which the products were returned.<\/p>\n

The refund to the purchaser shall be made interest-free using the same payment method through which the original payment was received, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n

If you have already paid for your order by credit or debit card, your refund shall be credited directly to the relevant card account.<\/p>\n

If you have paid for your order by another method, the refund shall be made by crediting the bank account whose IBAN you provide in your written request. In this case, any bank transfer charges that may arise shall be borne by you.<\/p>\n

In all cases, the refund shall be made within 15 calendar days of your written request.<\/p>\n

The refund may be made either by returning the money or by issuing store credit from our online store.<\/p>\n

If the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the Company shall have the right to claim compensation from the purchaser. The amount of compensation shall be determined based on the condition of the products, and the Company may unilaterally offset all or part of its claim against the purchaser.<\/p>\n

In any event, after the expiry of 15 calendar days from the date of receipt, you fully accept the quality, quantity, and price of the goods you received.<\/p>\n

4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE VALIDITY OF PRODUCT EXCHANGES OR RETURNS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Both the right to exchange and the right to return a product (the right of withdrawal from the sale) apply to the entire purchased product and may not be exercised in relation to only part of the product.<\/p>\n

The return or exchange of a product shall not be accepted if the product has been used, and it shall be returned to the Customer at the Customer\u2019s expense.<\/p>\n

Only products that are in their original condition, complete and intact, and in their original packaging shall be accepted.<\/p>\n

The products, packaging, and labels must not have been opened, tested, or subjected to any alteration or damage.<\/p>\n

Upon receipt of the returned products, our store shall inspect their condition.<\/p>\n

The returned products must be unused (except for trying them on to confirm the correct size) and must be in the excellent condition in which they were received, including the products themselves, their packaging materials, and their special markings (tags).<\/p>\n

Incomplete, damaged, worn, or stained items that are objectively assessed as having been used and, for hygiene reasons (particularly due to prevailing health conditions), cannot be reused by a third party shall not be accepted and shall be returned to the customer.<\/p>\n

If the above procedure and terms are followed, our store shall approve the return of the products, and the value of the products shall be refunded within 15 calendar days from the date on which notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal was provided.<\/p>\n

Sending Products to Our Store:<\/p>\n

The Customer shall send an email to the email address associated with www.kirikoko.gr, requesting the return or exchange of the product.<\/p>\n

For each product being returned or for which an exchange is requested, the Customer must include the original sales document (retail receipt or invoice) when sending the product.<\/p>\n

The shipping\/transportation costs of products being returned or exchanged, whether within or outside Greece, shall be borne by the Customer.<\/p>\n

If any of the above conditions are not met, our store shall be entitled to refuse the return or exchange of the product.<\/p>\n

5. PRODUCT SHIPPING POLICY<\/strong><\/p>\n

All shipments within Greece are made via DHL & ELTA Courier.<\/p>\n

The shipping cost, regardless of the number of items, is \u20ac4.<\/p>\n

For orders over \u20ac60, shipping is free of charge.<\/p>\n

All shipments outside Greece are made via DHL.<\/p>\n

For orders weighing up to 2 kg, the shipping cost is:<\/p>\n

– \u20ac19 for countries in the first zone, EU1.
\n– \u20ac22 for countries in zone EU2.
\n– \u20ac25 for countries in zone EU3.<\/p>\n

For each additional kilogram of the order, the cost increases by \u20ac5 per kilogram.<\/p>\n
